The market-fresh cuisine in our restaurant stands for fine, seasonal regional cuisine with a French accent and consistently fresh products from the area. The focus is on the natural taste of the ingredients and a careful, artisanal preparation without frills. Depending on the season, asparagus, game, fish or aromatic fruit characterise the menu, which is deliberately oriented to the harvest and the market offer. In our small, personally run restaurant, the dishes are prepared in a classic and elegant way and rounded off with selected Middle Rhine wines to a delightful menu experience.
