Critics praise Kutsche's cooking as a "high degree of cooking, creativity and quality" and highlight dishes such as pork back with Pinot Noir jus, foie grass terrine, trout mousse and pot-au-feu from the dove.

Menu prices were 49/70 €, à la carte 22/44 €; Slow food philosophy and regional products were emphasized.


The service and the wine selection (incl. quarter from 0.75 bottles) rounded off the positive review.
